KemexTech provides AI-powered sales agents, related software workflows, consulting, demos, and implementation support as described on our website or in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work.

Features, availability, and pricing may change. Custom work begins only after mutual written or electronic confirmation of scope and commercial terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services on behalf of yourself or a business you represent.

You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting forms, booking calls, or messaging us on WhatsApp or email. You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your contact details current.

Our AI sales agents and automation tools may generate responses, suggestions, or workflows based on data and prompts provided. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given situation.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them with customers or for business decisions. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee specific sales results, conversion rates, uptime percentages, or uninterrupted availability.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Send spam, phishing, or deceptive messages
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the services for unlawful surveillance or abusive outreach

Website pricing (when shown) is indicative and may differ from a final quote. Fees, billing cycles, setup costs, and refund terms for paid services are set out in your proposal, invoice, or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unpaid amounts may result in suspension of work or access.

The website, branding, software, templates, and documentation provided by KemexTech remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive only a limited right to use deliverables as described in your service agreement.

Customer content and business data you supply remain yours. You grant us a license to use that content solely to provide and improve the services you request.

Our services may integrate with or link to third parties such as WhatsApp/Meta, Calendly, hosting providers, and analytics tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KemexTech and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amounts you paid to KemexTech for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KemexTech from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where a separate signed agreement controls.
